Terms and Conditions of Jewelry Studio

Jewelry Studio is an AI image generation service operated by YEOKI SRL, a company registered in Belgium under VAT number BE0779315618, with its registered office at Avenue Winston Churchill 42, 1330 Rixensart, Belgium (also trading as Gem Logic). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Jewelry Studio provides AI-powered tools to generate and edit jewelry images, including turning sketches into renders, creating stone and metal variants, removing or replacing backgrounds, producing lifestyle photography, and enhancing existing photos. The available tools and features may change over time.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You need an account to use most features. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must be able to enter into a binding contract to use the service, and you agree to provide accurate information.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to create content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful, and not to upload images you do not have the right to use. You also agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service or its usage limits.

4. Your content and generated images

You keep ownership of the images and text you upload ("your content"), and you confirm you have the rights to use them. Subject to these terms and payment of any applicable fees, you may use the images you generate for your own commercial and personal purposes, including your webshop, marketplaces, social media, and printed material.

You grant us the limited right to process your content to provide the service. AI-generated results are produced automatically and may not be unique; similar outputs may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing generated images before using them.

5. Intellectual property

The Jewelry Studio platform, software, interfaces, and branding remain the exclusive property of YEOKI SRL. These terms grant you a right to use the service only, and do not transfer any ownership of the platform or its intellectual property to you.

6. Plans, credits and payment

Some features use credits or a paid plan. Prices and credit amounts are shown in the app before you buy. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing for future purchases with reasonable notice.

7. Data and privacy

We process personal data in line with the GDPR and applicable Belgian law. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to keep your data secure. Your uploaded images and generated results are stored so you can access them in your account.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service relies on third-party infrastructure and AI providers, and occasional downtime or maintenance may occur. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, YEOKI SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. After an account is closed, stored content may be deleted, so please export anything you want to keep.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law, and any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of the registered office of YEOKI SRL.
